General Information


Shipping is an additional fee to supplement costs of transportation, handling and delivery. Unfortunately, this is not a free service for any merchant and due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping fees have risen tremendously for all merchants. However, free shipping, limited to one use per customer, is available within the continental U.S. and will be automatically applied at checkout for sales above $199 before taxes and fees, depending on the product type, weight and availability. Exclusions apply. Again, shipping fees are only applied to slightly help offset the high, expensive and continually rising shipping costs (by weight and value). PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping on the customer's first purchase of over $199 is only available up to $100 in shipping fees. Once this $100 threshold is met (i.e. shipping fees reach $100.01 or higher) the customer is responsible for the shipping expense in order to fully complete the order at checkout. No exceptions.


Shipping Outside of the U.S.


International shipping, although once available from our online store, is currently no longer available to customers outside of the United States. Previously, where applicable, international shipping was provided by USPS with an additional 3% handling fee on top of the rate USPS provides based off weight and value. However, for the foreseeable future, we are unable to continue proving international shipping due to restrictions mandated by the manufacturer supply vendors we are working with at the moment. When these restrictions will be lifted in the future, we will heavily consider providing international shipping again, where applicable. Estimated Shipping Turnaround 


Products are usually shipped out within 1-5 business days, after placing an order and fully completing payment, either via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the product type. USPS shipments are typically delivered within 1-4 business days, while FedEx Ground and UPS Ground shipments are typically delivered within 1-7 business days.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipments take place ONLY on weekdays during regular business hours (meaning Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm). If one of these weekdays fall on a national/federal (United States) and/or bank holiday, these shipments will be pushed off to the next available date when freight carriers will again start accepting package drop-offs and/or pickups. So, for example, if an order is placed on a Saturday and/or Sunday, the earliest possible shipping date, depending on the type of product and availability, would be the Monday thereafter. However, if that Monday fell on a national/federal (Unites States) holiday (i.e. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, etc.) and/or a bank holiday (i.e. Indigenous Peoples Day, Juneteenth National, Independence Day, etc.), then the package(s) from the order, again depending on the type of product and availability, would be dropped off or picked up on Tuesday, the day after the holiday. Returns, Refund & Exchanges


Certain items can be returned, if applicable, by mail within 14 days of receipt. If an order is canceled prior to creating a shipping label, an immediate refund can be issued. However, if an item is already processed for shipment, then a refund can only occur within 14 business days of the receipt of the returned item. Some exceptions apply. PLEASE NOTE: Order cancellations, returns, refunds, store credits and/or shipment reroutes are currently unavailable for any online or offline sales of the following product types: wipes, sanitizers, testing kits, KN95s, N95s, 3-Ply disposable face masks, electronics, food, beverages, any edible items, wearables, walkers, wheelchairs, mobility items, commodes, bathroom items, bedroom items, and all supplies and or equipment weighing more than 3 Ibs per shipment/freight.
