General Information


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Certain items can be returned, if applicable, by mail within 14 days of receipt. If an order is canceled prior to creating a shipping label, an immediate refund can be issued. However, if an item is already processed for shipment then a refund can only occur within 14 business days of the receipt of the returned item. Some exceptions apply. Additionally, if an item is out of stock, yet purchased nonetheless, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and initiate the refund around 2-3 business days for the funds to be returned to the original payment source around 3-5 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, new condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to submit the order receipt for proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued. You can always contact us for any return and refund questions at [email protected].


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and work on making it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards nor will refunds be issued for these types of goods. No exceptions.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


PLEASE NOTE: Order cancellations, returns, refunds, store credits, and/or shipment reroutes are currently unavailable for any online or offline sales of the following product types: wipes, sanitizers, testing kits, KN95s, N95s, 3-Ply disposable face masks, electronics, food, beverages, any edible items, wearables, walkers, wheelchairs, mobility items, commodes, bathroom items, bedroom items, and all supplies and/or equipment weighing more than 3 lbs per shipment/freight. By shopping with us on our online store (this website), you agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge, as described in the immediate list above, ALL SALES OF THESE PRODUCT TYPES ARE FINAL. No exceptions!
