If you've ordered directly from our online store or through Google Shopping, then you have received a legitimate product. Each product we sell should have linked supporting information in PDF format.


You can look for our logo, USA logo, or Made in the USA logo — though some of our masks may not have an N95 logo or USA logo.


If you believe you ordered from a marketplace store (i.e. Amazon, eBay, Facebook, etc), please contact our customer support team by phone at (888) MEDICI-0 or by email at [email protected] and a member of our team will discuss your concerns or questions regarding product integrity.
